The country is experiencing scorching summer heat. In some cities, the mercury has risen above 45 degrees. The heat is causing people's troubles to increase. On the other hand, many states, including Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh and Haryana, are grappling with the power crisis. Speaking at work today, interior design and curator Bhavna Bhattnagar said, "How can you keep your house cool if there is no electricity in the house?"
What can be done if there is a building on the ground floor?
Move the window and keep sprinkling water from time to time.
If there is more pillow on the sofa, reduce it a little.
Installing false ceilings will cost a little but will relieve the heat.
Put rose petals in a clay pot in the drawing room. This gives the eyes a feeling of coolness.
Don't do this by mistake to keep the house cool
Do not leave windows open at noon, allowing 30% of the heat to enter the house.
If you keep piles of clothes in the room, put them in the closet right away.
Keep the room clean. The dirt in the room traps the outside air, so the room stays warm.
Dark colors heat up quickly so don't use dark colored clothes, curtains and bedsheets.

Use light colors and cotton bedsheets in the summer season.
People who are exposed to the sun all day should have double curtains.
Use fabrics like net, fine cotton and chiffon to keep the house cool.
