 As per the approval of the Government received on the single file here.  According to the above subject and context, in the situation of Kovid-19, in the academic year 2020/21, direct educational work could not start in the schools from June 2020.  The study of students under ‘Home Learning’ was continued.  As per the decision made by the Government, direct educational work has been started in schools from 11/01/2021 for Std-10 and 12 and for Std-9 and 11 from 01/02/2021.  Generally, every year at the beginning of the academic year, the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education prepares an educational activity calendar and sends it to the schools.  In which the details of various examinations are shown.  Due to the situation of Kovid-19, the educational activity calendar could not be prepared this year.  

As per the approval of the Government obtained on the single file here, the first examination of Std. 9 to 12 in the academic year 2020/21 as well as the annual examination of Std.  |  First Exam: Std-9 to 12 from 19/03/2021 to 27/03/2021 Annual Examination: Std-9 and 11 from 07/06/2021 to 15/06/2021 Kovid-19  In this situation, for the academic year 2020-21, the question papers of the school examination from Std. 1 to Std. 12 have to be prepared at the school level as per the format and merit announced by the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.  So that as per the plan shown in the table above, for the first examination of Std-9 to Std-12, as per the syllabus of the school, on the basis of the question paper format of the annual examination announced by the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education,

 Accordingly, question papers will have to be prepared at the school level by determining the merit per chapter.  Question papers have to be prepared at school level as per the 70% syllabus announced by the board for the annual examination of Std-9 and Std-11 as well as the question paper format of the annual examination and the details of merit per chapter.  The ENIMACOVID - 19-21.09.2021 VRHY fm.do.
